Biography:
Elisabeth Jotun is Manager, Sustainable Business Innovations for Ford Motor Company. She was appointed to the position in November, 2005. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating mobility innovation and strategies.
Prior to this appointment, Elisabeth worked within the product planning and strategy organization and was responsible for platform and safety strategies.
Before joining Ford Motor Company Elisabeth worked for Volvo Car Corporation, in Sweden, which she joined in 1990. She held a number of positions in product development, one of which was as part of the business project management team for the XC90, as exterior design project manager. Her last position before moving to Ford Motor Company was as project manager for a global customer satisfaction sales initiative, from May, 2001.
Born in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1966, Elisabeth received an MS in Mechanical Engineering, with a major in textiles, from Chalmers University of Gothenburg.
