Please check in and pick up conference materials at the on-site registration desk upon arrival at the conference. Registration will be located in the Concourse of the Michigan League. The registration desk will remain open throughout the conference for information.

If you would like to share materials about your organization or project at the summit please contact Krista Gullo at kgullo@umich.edu to reserve a spot on part of a table. The preferred format for sharing materials is 8.5x11 flyers.

EVENT LOCATION AND PARKING

Core sessions Tuesday and Wednesdsay will be held at the University of Michigan, Michigan League, 911 North University Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109 (734) 764-0446. Public parking is available at:

- Palmer Commons parking structure located at 100 Washtenaw Ave.
(intersection of Washtenaw and Palmer Dr. Do not park in the Dental School Patient lot.)

The Flyer departs Ann Arbor for DTW airport at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel’s main entrance.

Getting to the conference from the Four Points Sheraton:

SMART likes to begin at home on sustainability. So while not yet perfect, we’ve done everything we can to decrease environmental impacts and to increase sustainable practices associated with the planning and hosting of the meeting, including:

Materials
